About Us
Preservation House:
Is located in the downtown east Toronto neighbourhood of Corktown, which has a rich, historical footprint.
Having transformed from a fledgling shop – VL Custom since 1981– today, our focus is on providing services in heritage preservation while also being committed to modern presentation requests.
Hence, Preservation House serves a diverse client base. Corktown’s rich historical footprint is as an inspiration for our foundational principles, services and client relationships; we remain committed to the personal approach.
From Framing, Repair, Repurpose, Restoration and Conservation
We emphasize the merits of reliable material selection, while being sensitive to your budget. We’ll also help you consider and compare a number of options and timelines for your project.
Whether you’re looking to display artwork that’s meaningful to you in a clean and simple way, store historical items safely, or repair and restore a significant piece, let's begin with informative discussion about your objectives.
Please view the services we offer, and should you have a question or a project you need help with, contact us.
